New member in Boulder, CO

Hi everyone!  My name is Jay Wright, and I just joined BP a couple of weeks ago.  I'm excited to now be a member of this community as I think there is so much opportunity to learn from each other and the many resources Bigger Pockets provides.  

I recently moved back to Boulder, CO after spending the past 12 years in Aspen.  I am a full-time Realtor with over 3 years experience in residential sales and vacation rentals, primarily in the luxury home market.  While I still have quite a bit of work in Aspen that keeps me on the road a bit, I am putting a lot of focus on building my business here in Boulder County.  

I recently discovered a passion for RE investing, and like many of you, I hope to create a solid portfolio of investment properties over time to build wealth and provide financial independence.  Bigger Pockets has helped tremendously with motivating me to get started down this path, and I'm enthusiastic for the opportunity that lies ahead.  

I hope to meet some of you through BP and the local Meetups!
