Looking to network in NE Ohio!
Hello everyone, my name is Greg Parras, I'm a 21 year old college student currently attending the university of Akron. I am looking to begin "house hacking" within a year and begin my investing career with duplexes and up to quadraplexes within the area on the side of being a real estate agent. I am looking for someone to give me a few pointers, helpful information etc. I worked apartment maintenance since I was 15 in my families company (west terrace inc) located in Cleveland and I worked 4 months as a leasing consultant in twinsburg. I love this field and am very hungry to learn as much as I can. In return I could offer help in maintenance/painting/landscaping etc. and in the future there could be more! I started investing right after college and now own some student housing. I work about 2 blocks from U of A. I'm no expert but I'd be more than happy to meet for coffee/lunch some day if you wanted to talk real estate.
