New from south Florida
Been working 10 years in technician for the city
Fixing cop cars
Trying Get into rental properties
have a long time friend and new business partner
Brand new into these field
Already got pre approve for invest properties
But real state agent not really doing her job so
Anyone with great first timers advice or even tips and know any good realtor from south Florida would be great
