Good afternoon Bigger Pockets members. I am making the jump into real estate! I hope to be very active on here in the coming months.

Currently I have been doing research for 3 months, gotten through a handful of books and podcasts, and I am starting to get my network/team in place. While not ready to make the jump until the new year, I a aggressively finding my strategy and getting things in order. In this respect, I am not different than many on here and just need some guidance along the way.
