Hey what's bp community I'm new to bp...I haven't done any deals but I bought my personal home back in 04. When I bought the house there was a tenant and she is here! So I kind of have some landlord experience. I'm looking to buy and hold more properties and also some flipping. If there's any mentors in the Long Island area I would love to pick your brain!
