Hi Everybody! 

My name is Jack, I am 35, married, and a father to a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. I am an IT support engineer for a big company in Arlington, VA. I graduated from VCU back in '07 with a degree in Real Estate. I never leveraged my degree and regret not taking advantage of the down turn in the market at that time. No sense in thinking about my missed opportunities. I am here now at BP and ready to start my journey toward a better life for my family.

I understand from my bit of lurking on the BP forums, that the Washington DC metro area is very competitive but that will not deter me. I'm focusing on wholesaling in my home market and I'm consumed with learning all I can here on BP. 

 I'd like to network with other investors in my area to exchange strategies and offer assistance in any way I can.
