Welcome. There are too many success stories on here to list!! I know that personally I've made 40K over the last year from relationships built through BP. Outside of networking, the podcasts are invaluable if you are willing to implement what they say. In the couple years that I started doing what they say to do I've hit multiple 6 figure income, quit my job, and spend a lot more time with my family. Im selling a houses in few weeks that will net me +/-80k, and closing on a house to purchase that will make a decent return. Not as much as my last one, but a good single or maybe a double.
Just remember this, action=results, MASSIVE ACTION=MASSIVE RESULTS. Plenty of info on here to get you started in RE with a good career. Good luck
