Newbie from Collegeville Pa here :)
Hi everyone! After randomly finding BP (and quickly falling in love) I've realized that I really want to invest in rental properties. My initial goal is to cover our monthly expenses and then to fund my twin daughters' college/whatever the heck they want to do fund.
There's a lot to learn but I'm hungry and excited!
