Newbie in Oceanside, CA

Howdy!

My name is Kaily Kelly and I am a military spouse residing in Oceanside, CA.

I went to Texas A&M and currently have my RE license back in Texas.

After years of anticipation, I am FINALLY financially close to making the dive into investment properties back in Texas. :) With that being said, I would like to reach out to local investors as well to learn the dos and donts and how to be successful both with rentals and flips. (We will be stationed here for a couple more years.)

Eventually my goal is to have several rentals to keep a steady cash flow going and to do flips on the side.

I would love any guidance in either of these areas!
