College Student looking to Build Financial Freedom
Hello All,
My name is Erika, I am a 21 year old college student in Boston,MA I am currently in the education stage of real estate investing. I began to look into real estate investing approx. one week ago and have been trying to gain as much knowledge as I can since through BP, books, podcasts, and blogs. I have not found a niche or strategy yet, it seems to be quite hard to find the right of the two when working in the Boston real estate market. My goal is to build a substantial amount of passive income over the next 8 years in order to gain financial freedom. I'm currently in the midst of finding other real estate investors in the area to connect with in order to see what strategies worked for them and how they were able to grow their business in MA, even offering to volunteer at one of their properties to gain more insight. I'd love hear from you all, and am excited to be on this journey !
