Hi, my name is Agustin Jimenez but known as Auggie. I currently live in South Gate California. I am here to learn as much as possible about real estate investing and to be financially literate. I have saved up quite a bit of money not having any liabilities/bills and by still living at home so I feel I have the perfect opportunity to begin buying some assets. I want to buy a duplex or triplex but I am unsure on how to begin. I have quite a bit of money for a downpayment but I don't know if that's the best route to go. I do not want to tie up everything I have and not be able to get other properties. I'm sure with biggerpockets I will learn that shortly! Hi everyone!
