Let me introduce myself.  My name is Eric and i am looking to go further with real estate investing. Currently i own 3 homes, 2 in western Ma and one in upstate New York, but only rent the two Mass ones.  The new York one is a tiny house and left empty while i travel so i have a place to return to.

Both properties produce income but i sometimes dont break even.  Too many problem tenants in one house due to location and it drags down the other.  I am still more or less satistfied with them however as they do produce income at points and im never really down money.  Not ideal but they still pay my mortgages.  In the future i would like to start buying multi families so i limit my exposure to bad tenants.

What i am looking to get into now is more passive investing. I travel alot for work and it makes my time difficult to manage so i think thats the way forward for me until my contracts run up in a couple years then i can get back into rentals and flipping which is were i ultimately want to end up. I still have a lot to learn about REI and even more about the passive side of things but i know it's the right direction.

I hope to meet up and get know a lot of like minded people on here.
