Hello my name is Jonathan I am 24 and I am jumping in head first into real estate investing. Down here in FL there is not much going on other than real estate and i am tired of seeing people make thousands in front of my eyes. I am starting by wholesaling only because i have no capital. Once I have capital I will be rehabbing with my father. Im very excited and plan on hitting my goal of making 120k this year and quiting my part time, no future job. I am still in college and plan on obtaining my bachelors in business administration.
