Aspiring new member from sunny Austin, Texas
Hello BiggerPockets, my name is Sean! I am a native of Austin, Texas and new to real estate. I have been curious about real estate investing ever since I bought my first home about 3 years ago, as I got a good deal and rehabbed it myself. I am currently working on my first flip and that is how I found Bigger Pockets. I am interest in flipping and buy and hold properties, particularly using the BRRRR method. I know I have a lot to learn and would love to connect with others more knowledgeable than me and also contribute in any way I can.
