Hello, 

My name is Brett and I am a new member who after listening to nearly every BP podcast (I do a lot of driving) felt it was time to join and introduce myself.  I am a professional dog trainer producing decent cashflow currently closing on my first single family primary residence as well as developing an 8 acre property in Ventura county which will include both a residence & dog training facility/kennel.  I want to become more involved in real estate investing so I may become more financially and time-independent plus ensure my special needs daughter will be taken care of for her future. Hope to connect with some great local people who can teach me and help me network.  Thanks!
