Am I starting on the right foot?
Current situation: Agricultural class A truck driver. $800 per week. listening to too many real estate audio books
Age: 23
Desired route: get real estate license make money in sales. invest in rental properties.
Goal: make 100,000 with time to be the best Dad and Husband ever. Ever since I had first heard that my track coach made that much, 100,00 has been my goal. Humble yet comfortable no?
Location: Manteca, CA. The central valley!
