Los Angeles, New to Real Estate Investing/Interior Designer
Hello BP Team! I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I'm 34 yrs old, and lived in Los Angeles all my life. I was turned onto BP from gentleman I met on Tinder (Go figure). We had some inspirational conversation, and he really made this "fantasy" of living finically free a reality for me. He started me off with episode 108 with Grant Cardone. So I'm all fired up now right!! Started listening to old episodes, then new ones, brought some books, and I'm super excited get started.
I'm interested in Multifamily, house hacking, and Air-BnB. I'm trying to get something in Inglewood before that stadium is built, but everything is so expensive! I had a meeting with a lender, and he told me I needed more income, all I could do on my own is 100k. So, looking for a new job, I have a friend who's willing to be a partner (but we haven't hatched out all the details yet), and interior design work. I have my Masters in Interior Architecture, and work for an architect. It's time to do my own thing!
Let's Connect!
Things I'm into: Coffee (specifically almond milk mochas and caramel lattes), ceramics, sketching, listening to BP on the way to work, riding my bike, hiking, and standup paddle board.

That's a good skill to have for this area I think. There are some with that skill set that can get stuff straight off mls and make it work for LA flips. I am not there yet but look up Allan Glass on BP and or his bp podcast for more background on that.
Good luck!
