hey guys /gals, i must say im beyond ecstatic to start this journey . my goal is to do my first deal by jan 1, 18' and concur a few deals and relocate to Fl by summer late fall of 18'. end gos for 2018 is to get my credit back into a state that i can refi everything i acquired in a buy and hold . And this is not a blank statement its a reality. im not chasing anything specific but my main focus are brrrr , wholesaling and just pasive income eventualy home rehabs. Mount vernon ny interesting city and that's where im starting , my home town. one of the cities that lie on the boarder of NYC (the 5 boroughs ) that will undergo (and is undergoing) gentrification because the vein of public trans to nyc runs through it. just a little background on me. ive dropped out of college 3 times , im currently chasing my B.S in Mechanical Engineering. ive acquired a decent job after years of retail. My job puts me in a position were i get to meet those enjoying the better side of life. One day the husband of a a client and i started talking and i found out he was into REI. when someone can explain what they do with the clarity and finesse that he did i saw the passion and that it wasn't bs. working hard is something im not new too. i just wanted my hard work to benefit me vs a corporation. He solidified my intrest in REI, lets face it 90% of people have thought about it. fear has crippled me in everything leap of faith i had to take thanks to this site and the podcast i can say the fear of trying is still there but not as severe. hey if i fail im still broke. hahaha. so with all that said follow my road to financial freedom and beyond and a episode on the bp podcast ! follow my jurney and im always open to inputs.
