New member from Indianapolis/Carmel/Indiana area

Hello fellow BP members!

I found BiggerPockets back in college at Purdue, but only recently have I been actively listening to all the podcasts and reading the forums, so figured now was as good a time as ever to introduce myself. My name is Miles Sparenberg and I'm from the Indiana countryside now residing in Carmel, Indiana. I have always known that I would be investing in real estate since I was a little kid, as my extended family has many rentals and I was always there rehabbing or updating properties and whatnot. I've reached a point in my life now that I feel comfortable enough to start investing and am currently soaking up everything I can learn from investing. 

As for experience, I am still a newbie and haven't closed on my first deal, but I am weeks away from getting my Indiana real estate license and will start investing as soon as I can. I look forward to start engaging in the forums and will take any and every piece of advice from my fellow BPers.
