Newbie in the Boston, MA area
I am 24 years old and looking for something more in life. I am engaged and trying to work 2 jobs to help pay for whats turning out to be a very expensive wedding. I came here because I am extremely interested in Real Estate and the kind of money that can be made here. Basically, I want to learn how to find and evaluate a good rental property, as well as find a good candidate for a flip. I don't know where to begin to look. I also figured that this could be a great place to meet investors, as I am young and broke at the moment lol.
