Hello all. My name is Julius North and I am brand spankin new to real estate investing and I am so fascinated with the idea of making money while helping others. I love the biggerpockets videos on Youtube and so it said that the forums are the place to be so I am here to learn and grow with you all.

I want to wholesale right now because I am a teacher and do not have any money to do rehabs or anything so I wanted to know if you can help walk me through the process in anyway you can. I want to do probate properties and I want to start small at under $100k because my credit is terrible, lol.

I am going off faith and I know that I will be able to get this going this year.

Anything you say will be greatly appreciated and if I can help you out in anyway I would be super glad too.

I wish you all the very best.
