Upstate NY noobie just getting started
Good evening all my name is Dan. I️ am new to bigger pockets. For the last ten years I️ have been an electrician in the union local 236, I️ came across bigger pockets a while ago but then kind of lost touch. I️ recently remodeled my house on my own and decided you know what I️ can do this and make money but I️ have no idea how, so over the past 2 weeks I️ have been listening to BP podcast non stop and soaking up as much info as I️ can from all sources. My plan is to start with wholesale to gain capital, move into flipping, and eventually renting enough units to retire. I look forward to being part of this great community of investors!
