First Post + Chicago REI Meetup Question

Hello community,

My name is Jeremy Dixon.  This is my first post here so a little about me...

I have been extremely interested in real estate since 13 when I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and have never lose my passion for it since then.  Currently I lease option and wholesale properties mostly in Chicago but have done some virtual wholesaling as well.  

I am posting here also to see if anyone could point me in the right direction for some REI meetups in Chicago that I can attend?
