Hello from upstate NY
I’m new to the forums and just wanted to introduce myself.
I rent out a small duplex in Oneonta NY, about a mile from my personal residence. It’s a small college town and seems to be a great place to live and invest.
My goal is to connect with any other investors, especially if they are local.
It took me a while to get ready, but I am now actively trying to BRRRR properties.
Biggerpockets is a wealth of information and has been very helpful for me.
