Hello everyone,
My name is Levitt Pérez and I’m glad to be a part of this community and be able to learn from the countless years of combined experience on here. I’m 25 years old recently separated military vet. My interest in Real Estate started as a teenager learning from my parents, who are investors and agents themselves. This year I started listening to BiggerPockets podcast and I have been hooked ever since. I have since made it my goal to purchase my first property by the end of 2018. I currently work for a construction contractor and Im in the process of obtaining my Florida Real Estate License. If anyone has general tips on the licensing process and afterwards it would be very much appreciated.
