Hello BiggerPockets!

I just moved to Wichita and used my VA loan to get a duplex in Crown Heights to house hack. I'm still looking around for my next buy in Wichita for when my VA loan is up again! In the mean time I am trying to learn what I can when I can and am looking into some Real Estate masters programs that are distance learning friendly. I'm excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community and look forward to growing with everyone!
