Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification Application
Just found out that i need a contractor's license to pretty much do anything at my rental units. I have an LLC for the purpose of investing, renting and flipping properties. I suppose one could say is in the contracting business. I have left a message for my insurance agent about liability insurance. Does anyone know if this will be good enough? Is there an easier way? Should i contact a speciality company for contractor's liability insurance? For what it is worth, i have done a lot of remodeling and building (in another state).
