New to BP, Coopersburg PA

Hi Everyone,

I am new to BP andjust wanted to introduce myself. I have been reading the forums for a while and figured it's time to finally jump in. It seems like there's a tremendous amount of knowledge here and I look forward to learning as well as sharing whatever knowledge I have that may be helpful.

I am a builder, general contractor, and developer, so I am not new to real estate. However, finding great deals on existing properties to profit from while hopefully also helping a current homeowner get out from a situation they no longer want to be in will be a new experience for me.
