Hello biggerpockets community my name is Carlos im a 21 year old from Lancaster,Pa with a dream to become a real estae invester. Ive been working on establishing good credit. An been trying to save up for my first property . Reaching out for any advice to help me with my journey im not sure what would be the best path for me, buy and rent out or to try to buy and flip .
