Hey gang, 

Hope all is well.  I am a new full time investor in St Louis.  We've had a few rentals for around 8 years and have flipped a few.  Strictly for experience, I recently started rehabbing rent readies for a few local property managers and over 6 months we've been able to create a pretty good process to help property managers get the homes from empty to rented faster.  I just bought a home in North county and rehabbed it to be ready for sale, so there's that too.  I believe you now know everything about my real estate career.
