Hi everyone!

I've been contemplating investing for a while, and I finally decided to jump in!

So I have been looking mainly into two areas: Atlanta and Orlando. For my first deal, I've decided to pick Atlanta.

I've found few interesting properties, filtered down to a few that would make sense for me, and now I'm looking for:

- an agent 

- a property management company.

Would there be any pros here who'd want to chat about these properties?
