New Investor in Bakersfield, CA
Hi everyone! I have been watching BP podcasts for about a year now. I enjoy reading all the forums and I have learned a ton just from reading discussions posted in forums, articles, and videos. I currently own 1 SFR and my primary residence in Bakersfield, CA. I am really interested in learning about multifamily units and commercial real estate. I hope to network with other investors to learn from and form partnerships. In my day job I teach 5th graders math, ELA, science, and social studies. I'm a numbers person and I really enjoy learning about real estate. I watch BP podcasts and check websites like realtor.com everyday for at least a few hours a day just because I enjoy it so much. I've also driven for uber during the summer just to try to make some extra cash! Looking forward to meeting you all!
