Joining the Real Estate Investing family from Waltham, MA
My name is Ruslan. I've been following the podcasts since around episode 10, and took about a two year break, because I wasn't in a position to make a move into investing. Now I'm done with school, working full time, and looking to gear right back into the information so that I can make a move right away. I'm trying to zero in on the Providence RI area, specifically Federal Hill, Smith Hill, and Elmhurst. It's quite exciting because I will start to look for a RE agent in the area in the next month or two as I practice analyzing each property. BP has a load of content and I'm excited to learn for the purpose of making the first move!
