Hello,

I am a new member of the BiggerPockets forum. I am the owner and chairman of the online business financing brokerage and consultancy located in St. Louis, Missouri. My company does a variety of different financing proposals including accounts receivable financing, equipment lease financing, and most importantly commercial property financing.

I do have a personal interest in real estate investing itself. Once my company can build its capital reserves, I would like to use it as a vehicle to invest in real estate directly. However, at this time I am simply helping others to acquire real estate by arranging their financing.
