New Investor in Kennesaw, GA
Hi everybody, I’m a new investor, or should I say a “reborn” investor now that I’ve found BP. My husband and I had a couple of rentals a few years back but they shouldn’t have been. We lived in them for a while then moved and decided to hold on to them as rentals, but didn’t crunch the numbers to see that we couldn’t charge enough rent to cover the mortgage and other expenses so I lost money on them until we sold. Lessons learned. Now I’m on BP learning as much as I can from you guys so I have a solid foundation when we do this again. I listen to the BP podcasts for 3 hours each day while sitting in Atlanta traffic which is great...I learn a lot so the traffic doesn’t bother me. I also read the blog posts and find the forums to be very helpful.
I would love to connect with other investors and some wholesalers in the area to find out about your endeavors and lend my assistance however I can as I learn the ropes. Looking forward to being a part of an awesome network!
