Wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm new to the page.

For the past 10 years have managed a Real Estate Investment company - in Georgia (country).

If you don’t know much about the country, here are a few interesting facts:

1. Georgia ranks 9th in the world by World Bank’s “Ease of Doing Business”.

2. It is one of the least corrupt counties in the world, ranking 23rd globally according to World Economic Forum.

3. Georgia has Free Trade Agreements with both EU and China.

4. It is regularly ranked as one of the safest countries in Europe and the world.

5. The real estate is undervalued for now, with prime locations on average costing about 1,200 USD per square meter (about 110$ per square foot). Comparing that to similar capital cities in Europe, such as Prague for example, it is almost 3rd or 4th of the price.

Very glad to be here and looking forward to our future cooperation.

Best wishes to everyone!
