Hello BP Team, 

I am excited to join this great hub and look forward to meeting new people. I am from Long Beach, CA. I have owned multiple homes in CA and now looking to invest in multi-family properties out of state. California is a wonderful place to live but the market is too hot for cash flow properties. Any advice, recomendations, and introductions are greatly appreciated.
