Hello,
My name is Devon I am very new and ready to learn I have my RE license for Ventura County CA. I’m currently in the Navy serving in Iraq right now. And I can’t wait to get back and hit the streets running. My plan is be full time at flipping and selling and holding some rentals...But first I’m going to start with some Lonnie deals and wholesale first...I’m all ears for any seasoned investors advice and for anybody that wants to mentor me in willing to do some grunt work and also spit my fist three deals 50l50..
