setting up a partnership between 3 separate LLC's

Hello Bigger Pockets community.

I am looking for advice on how to setup a limited time joint partnership between 3 LLC's. The other 2 LLC's are bring resources to a project that we are working on. Once the project has been completed, the profits from this project will be split equally between the 3 LLC's.

How do I go about setting this up to protect the interest of each LLC?
