Hi, I'm new to this forum.  I have been studying tax liens and deeds for quite a while and am looking to see whether or not it's a good idea.  I did take a class on it, but they seemed put off by the more difficult questions.  Whenever I google a question, it often sends me to BP, so I figured I'd join.  I'm from Los Angeles, CA.
