Hi all, my name is Steve McCutcheon and although I’ve been reading plenty of topics on BiggerPockets for about a month now, I finally thought it was time to make an account. My interests are in long term buy and hold properties and would prefer to start out in the small multi-family space. For the time being I don’t have any properties, but was planning on using 2018 for saving as much as possible, and a ton of education. Pretty excited to be on here!

Welcome to BP Steve! It's good you're approaching real estate with a long-term mentality and taking your time to orient yourself rather than dive in seeking quick riches. It bodes well for your future success in this industry. Best of luck!
