newbie from Chicago land area
Hey guys, My name is Dean Lane, I'm a 20 year old from the Chicago land area (Algonquin, Illinois). I'm newer to real estate, I dedicate four hours a day to learning more information about real estate. I want to start my real estate investing, and I couldn't think of a better way to do that then to join biggerpockets. I watch the podcasts, as well as the articles, and decided why don't I become a member on the forum? I currently work in sales, 45 hour work weeks, which I plan on quitting soon to do this full time. I have a few goals as of now, and I wanted to start off with wholesaling because of the lack of credit and capital. After a few wholesale deals, I plan on doing buy and holds, where the effort isn't there as it is in wholesaling.
