Mobile home investing
Hello everyone newbie here in wholesale investing. I have a motivated seller but she has a mobile home? Would this be to much red tape for a newbie? I have been reading up on a lot of the laws concerning mobile homes so I was just wondering if anyone had some good advise, I'm all ears. Thank you
