Newbie from South Jersey
Good Morning,
My name is Rob. I am looking to dive in the world of real estate investing with the hopes of generating some passive income and one day becoming financially independent. I currently live in South Jersey but I am thinking of investing in the Philadelphia and surrounding area. Hopefully I will be able to start with some sort of house hack to keep the startup cost to a minimum.
