Atlanta GA newbie couple
Hello my husband and I have decided to invest in commercial real estate. To start with, we are interested in purchasing a multiunit property 5-8 units in Atlanta, GA. We have experience as landlords for 4 years with a SFH in Marietta, GA which was great cash flow despite a lot of twists and turns but we recently sold and are ready for the next. Where do we start? This all seems a mystery to us still. What do we look for in a realtor/broker? How do we find a 'good deal'? Are there any bigger pocket investor meetups in Atlanta? We are in no rush but we are eager to get started!
