Hi BP! I am an engineer that turned stay at home mom (6yrs now). Always wanted to be a real estate investor and now isn’t the time. I want to turn my dads townhome in Jersey City into a rental property that can be a income for his retirement. I’m looking for his property to be my first investment property.
