Hi everyone, I’m Tayo and I’m a new investor from Chicago. I’ve been considering getting into real estate for a little while so I’m glad I came across the site because it looks like a good resource for all expert levels. I’ve been doing a good amount of research on as well as listening to the podcasts on wholesaling so that’s where I want to begin. I’m looking to connect with any buyers in Chicago and the south suburbs of Chicago. Also any advice you all have on getting started, do’s/donts would be great. Thanks

Welcome!!! I’d say the first thing to do is find your deal and the rest will start to work it’s way out. Get out there and start looking!!
