need help getting started in wholesaling

Hello everyone...I just attended the NEREIA in Chelmsford Ma last night....Wow...a lot of people showed up...very nice atmosphere...very informative...Im not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant in speaking with people there...I have absolutely no experience..but I know I need to hammer down and just do it.....I need to emerse myself in it...Thinking about starting to wholesale..I need to know bout p/s agreement , assigning, etc....anybody have any suggestions would love to pick ur brain...

@Ann Bellamy  I understand the allure and hype that wholesaling has.. but as you state I don't think people realize how very difficult it is in reality.. but like all things real estate 1 to 5% will do fine the rest come and go..
