Hopeful and driven newbie
hi guys my names bill and I really want to invest in rental properties around Lexington, ky but don’t have much cash saved up for a down payment but still being optimistic about trying to buy my first rental property. I do own my own home so I cannot “house hack” into my first rental. Any suggestions and insight would be awesome. Thank you
