Newbie in Houston, TX
Hi there BP people! Benjamin Serven here - I'm a 28 year old here in Houston, TX, and am learning about investing in mobile home parks and mobile homes. Current living in Magnolia, TX due to being flooded out during hurricane Harvey - my wife and I have 2 children, and are hoping to build a business that will allow us to spend more time with our kids via passive income. I have lived in St. Louis as well, only here in Houston for the last 5 years.
At the moment I have no experience, though we are searching for our first property.
